Ford has released a new smartwatch app, which allows drivers to monitor stats and control functions of any Ford electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.
The MyFord Mobile app, which is compatible with the Apple Watch and Android Wear smartwatches, is available to download for free from Google Play Store and Play Store.
Users can check the battery charge level of cars like the new Ford Mondeo Hybrid and C-MAX Energi, as well as the estimated driving range and can even use the app to locate their car in a busy car park, all from their wrist.
MyFord Mobile can be used to lock and unlock the doors, as well as pre-engage the air conditioning or heating to set the cabin to the perfect temperature before getting in.
