Based on CPU-Z data, Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is likely to flaunt a slightly larger 5.77-inch display compared to 5.7-inch on the existing Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The display resolution is likely to be QHD with 1440×2560 pixels. Besides the screen size and resolution, CPU-Z also hints that the Note 6 packs 6GB of RAM and is powered by Exynos 8890 chipset, the same chip that powers the latest Samsung Galaxy S7 andSamsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphones.

Android 6.0 is currently running the model. But according to our tipster, Samsung will pre-load the phablet with Android N if it is available in time. So, Samsung and Google are in talks to determine if that is a possibility.
