Brooklyness Classon — Intelligent Bike Helmet

Posted in Helmet, and Technology

Brooklyness Classon Bike Helmet — Brooklyness, a company that specializes in building products for the urban biker, has unveiled its latest product — the Classon smart bike helmet. Embedded with important features, the company dubs it the world’s most intelligent helmet, complete with signal lights and cameras.

The most interesting feature is blind spot awareness. It can detect cars coming from the back for the biker and immediately gives warning. This means a biker is more aware of cars that are trying to overtake him or her and which side they will be coming from. The turn signals on the helmet automatically shines when a biker extends a hand signal.

Cameras (front & back) scan the environment.  This info is interpreted by our algorithm and communicated to you, using our visor interface. In case of an accident the recorded video could help settle a dispute.

Indicate which way you are turning simply by doing what you always do. The sensors read the gesture and activate your turning lights. Brake lights turn on automatically when you reduce speed.

Your ride is automatically recorded. Access the video and edit to make small videos or GIFs to share with friends. You could even live stream your commute!
