Save to Google Extension For Saving Articles in Chrome –Google has a new alternative for all those save-and-read-it-later apps like Pocket: a Chrome extension called “Save to Google.” all you have to do is click the extension’s button, choose the photo on the page that you want to represent your save, and give the page some tags.

After you do that with this page — try it! — you’ll find the save in the list of “My Saves” over at the Save to Google website. If you’ve ever saved any images you’ve stumbled on while searching Google Images, they’ll appear here as well.

Per the extension’s description on the Chrome Web Store:

Easily save interesting webpages to Google with the new Save to Google extension.

One-click save: Click the star to save webpages for later viewing. Easily navigate your saves via an intuitive visual UI.

One spot for webpages and Images: Your saved webpages and saved images from Google Image Search will live together at google.com/save.

Organize your images: Add Tags to organize your saved webpages and images.

You can grab the extension for free at the Chrome Web Store.
