Ringing Bells ‘Freedom 251’ has launched today and this becomes the cheapest smartphone in India for just Rs.251. Noida-based Ringing Bells Pvt. Ltd is the company behind this smartphone, and it says that this new smartphone is in line with the Indian government’s Make in India, Digital India and Skill India programs.
The phone comes pre-loaded with several apps for Women Safety, Swachh Bharat, Framers, Fishermen and more.
